At LCD Buyer, we help you turn used or broken LCD screens into quick cash — regardless of the glass condition. Whether you’re a phone repair shop or an individual seller, our transparent LCD screen grading system ensures that you’re paid fairly based on the actual condition of your display.
We accept LCD screens from major brands like iPhone, Samsung, Huawei, and more. If you’re unsure whether your screen qualifies or how it will be graded, this page will walk you through everything you need to know.
LCD grading is the process of evaluating a screen’s condition to determine its value. At LCD Buyer, we assess each screen and categorize it into one of the following grades:
✅ Good LCD – Fully functional, no display issues, no burn marks, and no major scratches.
⚠️ Repair Needed – Working screen with minor issues such as low brightness, color distortion, or shadowing.
❌ Cracked LCD – Screen has cracks, broken glass, or touch issues, but the display still works.
We aim to make the process as simple as possible. For more information about how we evaluate each item, check out our Grading Guidelines.
Good LCD – The glass can be broken as long as the LCD and digitiser itself are fully functioning.
Bad LCD – No display or any lines, spots, discolouration or pink halo effects on the screen.
Scrap LCD – If any of the connectors are broken or there is a significant amount of the shell missing.
Copy LCD – Screens that are not original from Apple.
